Sand Pumping Jetty

This image has been captured with a Nikon 24-120mm lens at 52mm. A general purpose zoom lens such as this is very nice as a walk around lens, as it has a reasonable large zoom range.

There is an extremely large range of lenses available to select from briefly summarised in these Nikon Lens Reviews. Some lenses cover a wider range but generally those lenses do not offer the same image quality. The best image quality is obtained with either a fixed focal length prime lens or with a zoom lens with

smaller zoom range.

This image was taken with a Nikon D2H camera and 17-55mm zoom lens at 30mm. The 17-55 mm lens is great as a general walk around lens.
